Within your weekly Kaizen Challenge Success Tips will be small changes to make to your eating habits each week. This is NOT a diet. It is a way of life. I’ve heard many trainers say that, and then, they ask you to eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch and dinner, every day for a week. Or they give you a list that includes foods you’ve never heard of before, or they cost a fortune at the health food store. That is not REAL. You can do this, remember ‘continually improving’ everyday. Did you eat one less candy bar today than you normally do? Excellent! Baby steps, that is all I have to say.
